This store is magical. We've been struggling with GI issues with our new puppy for months and the team here took so much time with us to figure out the exact right next steps on this + more (going beyond just what we came in struggling with to how we're handling the teething phase/puppy life holistically). We also watched the team navigate a rude, pushy customer with grace - a skill not many humans have to stay grounded/calm. They stand by helping you find the right food to the end (even offering to take back the food if your dog doesn't like it and donate it to the community 💓). Couldn't recommend this store more highly. I never write reviews but this store + team deserved it.

I used to go to get cat products that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Today I walked in to find Honest Kitchen products. Was asked if I was looking for something almost immediately and shown where to go. Even got signed up for a rewards program. Will be returning.
