Love this shop! All of their products are premium, which do come with a premium price, but I find it’s worth it. Especially because the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Our kitty has tummy issues and I called to ask about their inventory and the woman on the phone was so nice and offered to order us in food. Then I went in a few days later and same thing, the woman was so kind and helpful. Thank you guys!

Always a good experience in the shop. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t beat the punch system for free bags of dog food either!

Best customer service and it’s always with a smile! The selection of products is amazing, and someone always helps load the car when I buy my heavy order of dog food. We have many pets and Bark N Purr is a huge reason we can keep our show dogs in top condition too. Love this place and I highly recommend!

1,000% would recommend this store to anyone and everyone that has an animal. The staff are all such kind individuals, and are always helpful with all needs. Their rewards program is unbelievable compared to big box stores. Plus you never have to stress when you have to return something because they have always help in the best way they possibly could.
