Bark n' Purr Boise in Boise, ID

Every time I walk in I'm greeted and staff is always super kind, friendly and makes sure I'm taken care of. They answer all my questions and are very knowledgeable. Bark N Purr carries the best of pet food and goods, from high end to great and healthy budget friendly options. My fur baby loves the treats and the toys I find there for him. They truly care about their customers. They remember me and so many other pets and their furpawrents. There are a lot of local pet stores, but I encourage others to see why Bark N Purr is different. So glad they exist!

Great spot with people who remember you and care.

This place is great. They know their customers and keep track of what our pets like. They carry out heavy stuff to the car. They always go the extra mile.

Great selection of high quality cat food and very nice staff. -PI

This store is magical. We've been struggling with GI issues with our new puppy for months and the team here took so much time with us to figure out the exact right next steps on this + more (going beyond just what we came in struggling with to how we're handling the teething phase/puppy life holistically). We also watched the team navigate a rude, pushy customer with grace - a skill not many humans have to stay grounded/calm. They stand by helping you find the right food to the end (even offering to take back the food if your dog doesn't like it and donate it to the community 💓). Couldn't recommend this store more highly. I never write reviews but this store + team deserved it.
