I love this little shop. Even though it isn’t the most conveniently located store for me, I come back because of the customer service and wide variety of things they offer. Today when I got my dog food, someone came up and offered to take my large bag of dog food to the counter so I didn’t have to walk around with it. Then upon check out, without asking, sweetly carried it out to my car for me. Customer service like this is not found everywhere anymore, and I appreciate the genuineness, thoughtfulness & kindness from the staff here.

I cant believe the depth of knowledge the staff have about their products, and the variety of the selection available here. Its clear these folks really care about what they do. They were so helpful and they were able to help me find exactly what I needed. They also carry a great selection of functional mushrooms products made just for pets.
